How do I order?

Place your order online at themeltcaters.com or give us a call at 1-515-999-MELT (6358). Our Catering Specialists are available Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm Pacific.

How do I get my order?

We have two options– delivery or pick up. If you would like to pick-up your order, choose a store location. If you would like it delivered, simply choose the date and time you would like your delivery and we will take care of the rest.

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes, delivery is FREE. To ensure a smooth and speedy delivery, please provide the complete address for your event including suite and/or floor numbers, preferred delivery time, and the designated contact information for your event.

Do you have an order minimum?

Yes, our catering minimum is $50.

How far in advance should I place my order?

Delivery and catering schedules are created as orders are placed. Advance notice will help ensure your order is hot and fresh and at the time you requested. If you have a last minute request, our Catering Specialists will do their best to accommodate.

How do I confirm my order?

Once you have placed your order and it has been reviewed by our catering specialists, we’ll send you an order confirmation via e-mail. Please take a moment to check the order details to ensure accuracy.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and approved house accounts. We pre-authorize your credit card but it will not be processed until the day your order is fulfilled.

Can I be billed instead of charging my credit card for each order?

You may qualify for a house account by downloading and submitting our House Account Application. Completed House Account Applications may be submitted via fax to 515-999-6358.

Do you cater on the weekends?

Catering is currently not available on the weekends.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations happen. Let us know at your earliest convenience. No one likes to waste food.

Do you have gluten-free items?

Yes. Gluten-free bread is available upon request on all Melt Platters. Please note that all Melts are prepared in a non-gluten free environment.

Do you provide utensils and plates for each order?

Compostable utensils and plates are available upon request.

How do I include a tip for delivery?

You may include a tip when placing your order or specify a tip amount at the time of delivery when signing for your order.

Can I use my melt.com account to place a catering order?

Unfortunately, our system requires a new account for placing orders at themeltcaters.com.
